Let me introduce myself, my name is Steven Richer, I am a local Home Inspector, with the all around qualifications and experience to provide you with the highest quality inspection. From the formal education and desk experience to the hands on physical construction and repairs of the homes systems.

     I am a dedicated inspector who works hard to help his clients understand the condition and work needed to purchase and maintain their new home. For the past 5 years I have owned/operated a construction business in Nassau county. Starting out 15 years ago as a landscaper , then an apprentice cabinetmaker and carpenter, continuing on through to SUNY Buffalo to minor in Architecture, and working a number of jobs to broaden my understanding of the complicated building industry, including working at a high end furniture shop, an environmental maintenance company preparing asbestos samples and plotting soil core samples, then receiving field experience installing kitchens, bathrooms, sunrooms, windows, roofs and much more. This is when I moved on to become a contractor and a home inspector.
