Let me introduce myself, my name is Steven Richer, I have been a local Home Inspector since 2005, with the all around qualifications and experience to provide you with the highest quality inspection. From the formal education and desk experience to the hands on physical construction and repair of the many systems in a home.

     I am a dedicated inspector who works hard to help his clients understand the condition and work needed to purchase and maintain their new home. Starting out in the construction field 15 years ago, as an apprentice carpenter, continuing on to SUNY Buffalo school of Architecture. While attending school, my experience included working at a  furniture shop, an environmental maintenance company preparing asbestos samples and plotting soil core samples, then receiving field experience installing kitchens, bathrooms, sunrooms, windows, roofs and much more. This is when I moved on to become a Home Inspector.
